IRI and KDF publish new book on the Global Forum on Modern Direct Democracy Process
How can our representative democracies become truly representative during the second decade of the new millennium? This is the key question democracy professionals and activists from across the globe offered answers about at the 2009 Global Forum on Modern Direct Democracy in Seoul/Korea.
